Current mood: Why is this so?

I am not feeling better then before.
My mind is gone, i am spinning around.
And deep inside, my tears still drown.
I am losing grip, what's happening?
I stay from love and this is how i feel.
This time was different, feel like i was just a victim, struggling.
And it cut me like a knife when you walked out of my life.
Now i am at this condition and i got symptoms.
Of a girl with a broken heart and no matter what;
You will never see me cry.
